On this bright and sunny day in June, we are delighted to announce that, effective today (June 8, 2026), TSE has officially joined the Song Chuan Group. This milestone not only represents a significant step forward in Song Chuan's global expansion and industrial integration strategy, but also marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter as we embark on our next fifty years of growth and success.

For more than four decades, TSE has specialized in the development and manufacture of solenoids, solenoid valves, and other electromagnetic control components, establishing a strong reputation for customized engineering expertise and a solid position in niche markets. Its products and solutions have earned the long-term trust of customers across Europe, the Americas, and Asia. TSE's unwavering commitment to excellence aligns perfectly with Song Chuan's core values of quality first and continuous innovation, making this partnership a natural and highly complementary fit.

The addition of TSE brings tremendous opportunities for technological synergy. By combining TSE's advanced electromagnetic component technologies with Song Chuan's strengths in vertically integrated manufacturing, as well as its relay technologies for renewable energy and AI server power applications, we will be able to create greater value for customers worldwide.

Looking ahead, Song Chuan will leverage its manufacturing footprint across Taiwan, Mexico, China, Vietnam, and India, together with its extensive global sales network, to bring TSE's outstanding products and customization capabilities to broader international markets at an unprecedented pace.
